I submitted a verification video with my passport and account, as well as screenshots confirming the transaction from the counterparty’s wallet.
There was no rejection or clarification — instead, I received an identical repeated request to provide the same materials again.
My funds remain frozen without a clear written explanation or timeline. Repeated requests for already submitted information and prolonged holding of funds without specific justification are concerning.
I expect a clear clarification and prompt resolution.
