I really like Bohme. It's become my go-to store now. I usually stop by the one in Riverton, Ut. The staff is alwayz kind and willing to help. Every visit has been good so far. I tend to shop there about every other week.

Shopping at BOHME is always a pleasant experience. It's the only online store that I've been loyal to for over 7 years. The customer service is fast and friendly, and the clothing quality is really good! They have awesome sales and some really amazing clearance offers. I especially enjoy shopping off-season for outerwear from them.

This company is one of the worst places to buy from and feels like a total scam! I ordered 2 sweaters for 144, but when they arrived, the quality was really poor for what I paid. I got a return label, but when I tried to send them back, they said it would cost 217?!? What kind of place is this?!? Who would pay an extra 217 to send back items worth only 144???? It’s a total scam, and I’ve been trying to talk to a manager but haven’t had any luck. I will never shop on their site again and can’t recommend it; the products are so low quality that they aren’t even worth 10 dollars each!

I recently bought a single item from Böhme, the Amanda tiered dress in a darker green, and was quite pleased with the thick rayon material. The dress is nicely made and I will likely buy from them once more, plus suggest them to others. Very happy.

The staff at the Farmington Utah store were very unfriendly. Nobody said hello, noticed I was there, or asked if I needed help with a fitting room. After I tried on a few items and bought a sweatshirt, I had to listen to them chat with each other and complain about their jobs and the other workers. They were being disrespectful about my religion, and it made me feel so uneasy that I just wanted to leave. It was the most unpleasant shopping experiance!

The 21-day limit is shorter than many places, and clearance items can't be returned. Defective items have to be reported within 48 hours or they aren’t eligible for return or replacement. Not being able to return clearance items is odd, especially since you’re not sure if they will fit. I once bought a skirt at full price but didn’t wear it for a few weeks. When I finally wore it and adjusted it at the waist, it tore—on the first wear. It’s disappointing that I couldn’t return it. They have great items, but the return policy needs improvement to better support their products.

The store manager was super nice and really knew her stuff about the jeans I wanted. She helped me find just what I needed and made me feel great about my choices. The clothes are really nice quality and make me feel good. I definitely recommend this place!

Not good. The stuff looks alright, but the fit is off. The return process and customer service are bad. It's super hard to talk to someone for help, had to wait on hold for over an hour. They give only partial refunds or store credits for returns, and making a return means a 45-minute drive each way. I wouldn't suggest shopping here for me or anyone else. Look elsewhere, don't bother with Bohme.
