PayPal does not require such information, and if needed, they will request it directly.

Seems like they've stopped pretending to be a real company. Been waiting for my payment since the 15th, but the date keeps changing, and I haven't received anything in my Paypal. They owe me more than $800 in rebates. Also, they're ignoring requests for help with shady sellers. They used to be decent, now they're just scammers. We should think about a class-action lawsuit.
