I am 6 ft tall, and I found a dress that fit perfectly. My friend is shorter but needed a dress that worked with a fuller bust, and she found the perfect one. It was a great experience overall! This response seemed unreasonable since the order was placed on Sunday afternoon, and it was unlikely that a UPS pickup could have been scheduled so quickly. When I requested the contact information for a manager to address the issue, the email communication stopped. I'm extremely disappointed with this level of customer service. I understand policies, but I reached out immediately to correct the issue, and the lack of response and assistance is frustrating. I also attempted to call multiple times but was unable to speak to anyone.
