My account got blocked without any valid cause, and your team has been unhelpful in processing my refund. Pocket Option, I need my money back urgently. I've emailed repeatedly, and making a deposit wasn't this difficult. Why is getting my refund back so troublesome and upsetting? I’ve tried every form of ID, including my national identity card, but nothing works. I’m writing from Nigeria 🇳🇬 and I'm stuck without my refund.

I had a really poor experience with this company. They shut down my account without any prior notice. When I inquired about the issue, it took them over a week to respond. During that time, I sent several messages, but only received one reply, stating that I couldn't recover my account or open a new one. I haven't done anything wrong. I sent another email explaining that I had a previous unverified and deleted account, and this is my only verified one. Yet, they still haven’t responded. I asked them to let me withdraw my funds, but haven’t heard back. It seems like they are intentionally blocking accounts and taking money.

Not satisfied with support, recurring problems. Asked for complaint procedure, got same email again. No withdrawal option, no help. Don't use this broker. Don't say I didn't try closing accounts. System says withdraw funds first, can't do that. No support offered, don't claim you helped.

Honestly, I could rate it 5 stars, but since the app is a bit crap I'm only giving 4 stars. For trading interface, that's cool, I love it much. For deposit and Withdrawal, there is no problem at all. Hope there is better improvement for Customer Service, I need to get solutions from a real human, not an AI. Also please fix your app, it's crashed and error.
