I was really looking forward to getting my dress today since I chose expedited shipping. When I placed the order early in the morning, the site promised it'd arrive today, but now it’s saying it'll be here tomorrow. It’s a bit frustrating because I was counting on wearing it for an event tonight. I don't understand why the package didn’t ship out on Friday when I ordered it so early. I mean, isn't that the whole point of paying extra for faster delivery? I just hope it actually shows up tomorrow because I’m really excited to try it on. Fingers crossed it arrives on time!

I read a bunch of reviews before buying this vest, but the sizing advice was all wrong. I'm 5'6" and weigh 126 pounds, and there’s no way a small or size 8 fits anyone around 140 pounds. The vest is way too tight, especially in the bust area, and the material is thick with no stretch at all. It's just uncomfortable. I tried to make it work, but even a bigger size seems like it would still be a hassle. The fabric's heavy and feels awkward to wear. I’m definitely returning it since it didn’t meet my expectations at all. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Aqua blue, short cut, long sleeve sweet design. When came, shade was dull, fabric feels low quality, length hits mid-calf... not my taste. Sad about it... since it was discount... no exchange, store credit or money back. Won’t be buying from here again...

I’ve bought many things from Tuckernuck, and lately, the material shown on their site for clothes doesn’t match the label on the items. I tried to contact them about this problem, but they never got back to me. Really annoying for people with fabric allergies and feels like a dishonest way of showing what they offer.

The size guide is way wrong. Their clothes fit way bigger than the chart says. Sadly, I bought a few dresses using their wrong size info, and most were final sale so I couldn’t send them back. For the ones you can return, there’s a big charge, plus you have to pay for shipping and customs fees yourself. I wouldn’t suggest buying here.

I got 2 dresses from this company and quickly sent them back because they didn’t fit right and the fabric wasn’t good. They said the warehouse didn’t get one of them. I’m sure I returned both, no question about it. I emailed them about the problem and someone replied quickly. They told me they would refund me for both dresses, so I’m waiting for that. So far, I can’t say anything bad about how they handled it. I really don’t understand where that other dress went. This is the first time I’ve had this kind of issue with any clothing sellers I’ve bought from.

For other stores, this is a quick return when scanned, but not with Tuckernuck! I ended up sending the second dress back too because of the fit, and if I didn’t keep reminding them, I would’ve never seen my refund of over \$500. I had to contact customer service several times to ask for my money back. Even though both items reached the warehouse, neither was refunded until I followed up. I shop with many high-end brands, and none of them do things this way. BE CAREFUL!!!

I’m so happy with my 4 Black Willow Tunics! They’re my absolute favorite! I wear them daily in my store and always get compliments. I might have to buy another one soon just to be safe. Delivery was right on time too.

Tuckernuck sent me the wrong size pants two times. They gave money back for the first one and said they will for the second, but they are not doing the return (even tho they got it) and dont answer my emails or calls. STAY AWAY.

I ordered 2 Piper Ponchos to check out the colors and chose to keep the Slate Blue and send the Tan one back. The funnel neck is a bit slimmer than it seems, and the length is slightly shorter, which works for me (5'8"), but could be a bit too short for taller women. It would be better if there was a free return option for people without a printer, since I had to pay $14 to return the Tan one.

I really like my outfits. They fit just right, and I even got some nice comments from random people in Charleston last Saturday about my dress! The blouse has gotten lots of nice words too! Sadly, my black eyelet top ripped when a kitchen cabinet handle snagged in the eyelet. I hope it can be fixed. I had a hard time making the promotion work at checkout. I called customer service and they sorted out the discount for me.

I’ve been trying to get my money back for over two weeks now, but it's been a nightmare. Tuckernuck and Corso, their shipping protection company, keep passing the blame back and forth. All I want is a refund for a dress that never made it to me. It's super frustrating and just shouldn't be this hard.
