I purchased 1 dress that didn’t fit, so I decided to buy the next size up. I returned the first one through Happy Returns, which was scanned by UPS in the store. For other stores, this is a quick return when scanned, but not with Tuckernuck! I ended up sending the second dress back too because of the fit, and if I didn’t keep reminding them, I would’ve never seen my refund of over \$500. I had to contact customer service several times to ask for my money back. Even though both items reached the warehouse, neither was refunded until I followed up. I shop with many high-end brands, and none of them do things this way. BE CAREFUL!!!
