I can't believe what a mess the refund process is! I sent my item back, and had to show proof by sending a copy of the receipt. Luckily, I paid for tracking and saw it arrived on November 19th. But I never got an email confirming they received it. When I tried emailing them, my messages kept bouncing back saying the email isn't in use anymore. I even tried calling, but, surprise, the phone number is out of service too! Now I have no idea what to do next. This is so frustrating!
