My recent experience with Mouser Electronics has been utterly disappointing. Despite a pressing need for a GIGAIPC motherboard for CNC milling machine repair, the incompetence displayed by Mouser was astounding. The purchased motherboard's COM headers were incompatible with standard cables, leading to a futile search for a solution. My pleas for assistance went unanswered for 8 days, despite the promised 24-hour response time. The local Melbourne office was helpless, requiring overseas support. After 9 days, the recommended part was exactly what I had initially informed them wouldn't fit. In contrast, contacting GIGAIPC's USA agents at MITXPC yielded prompt and accurate assistance within 12 hours. Mouser's incompetence and refusal to adhere to their refund policy have left me with no intention of ever making another purchase from them.
