Dexope Real Estate

Roi came after tweaks

First week I was annoyed. Too many maybes, not enough buyers. Then I tweaked zip codes, bumped price bands, and set auto-texts for instant follow up. Suddenly two legit appointments stuck. They're not magic, but if you move fast the warmer ones convert. I still want smoother refunds on duds, yet I made the setup back on my second month.

Mixed bag of leads

Portal setup was quick and I could filter by budget and timeline. Early leads felt thin, with a few wrong numbers and renters. Support replied, reviewed my filters, and quality improved. I did close one listing from their handoff, but cancellation rules and auto-renew deserve careful reading.

responsive and informative

From first inquiry to viewing, communication was steady and respectful. Listings were detailed with floor plans and clear notes on fees. A small availability mix-up got corrected fast. The standout was honest guidance on application steps and documents.

filters that actually matter

Dexope Real Estate made it simple to set price, neighborhood, and must-have amenities. Registration was quick and messaging the agent worked fine. Took a second to find map draw, but once found, it was handy.

listings that feel honest

Photos and floor plans matched reality, which made me feel reassured. Messaging was prompt and polite. A good experience.

SCAMERS

I did sign up for this program. Never received a lead. Totally forgot about it and a year later I have the fee taken out of my checking account. I have tried so many times to cancel! Phone number goes to a fast busy signal(showing is non working) and the website has been under maintenance for the past 3 months. Stay Away!!

I signed up with Dexope 9 months ago and got 3 leads

I signed up with Dexope 9 months ago and got 3 leads from them that I tried to follow up on... all were fake! I reported them right away, and they promised replacements (just like the contract said). After waiting 60 days with no word, I reached out to them. I got no reply. I contacted them 7 more times over the next couple of months and still got no answer. After telling them I would involve my lawyer, they replied and said they'd refund my onboarding fees (per the contract). Now it's been almost 3 months, and they keep saying it's been approved and is being processed... and now they won’t reply to my emails. This is a badly managed company that just doesn't follow through with their contract. Do NOT waste your time and money with them... THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

Poor service and unethical practices

This company does not even deserve a 1 Star rating. I cancelled my subscription with Dexope shortly after subscribing with them for leads. The leads and customer service was horrible. Dexope agreed to cancellation. In October of 2024, many months, after my cancellation, Dexope put through my account an unauthorized charge of $499 and agreed in November of 2024 to reimburse me. I have yet to see my reimbursement. It is too late for my bank to go after them as well. I strongly recommend no one signing up with this company.

Very good realtor.

Very good realtor. We got a lot of help from realtor. He made us feel comfortable right away and is very honest. This is how you should be supported as a buyer. Keep it up!

Great experience with the team

Great experience with the team, the sale of my property went smoothly. Very professional, direct, and dedicated. Sale was completed in under a month.

This lead generation company is great.

This lead generation company is great. They gave me really good leads that helped my buisness grow a lot.

Don't be fooled!

Great service to get you signed up, but once you pau you will not hear from again. Leads are worthless, numbers or contacts do not really exist. They never respond to a phone call, sometimes a guy named Alex makes empty promises. Their origin story doesn't check out, I can not find them listed in any Government website for Real Estate Agents, like state commissions. And they will try and charge again so you end up being out even more money. I have used a few lead generation web sites, Dexope is the worst. They even pretend to care, except to get you signed up. Do not spend your money.

Scam

They never actually provided a lead after charging me $500.00 I cancelled after 3 months because they said they would issue a partial refund. They never did. They also charged me a $500 renewal, without authorization, after cancelling. They claimed they would issue a refund, and stated multiple times they have. They never did, and with the help of my bank I was able to dispute their charges and report them for fraud.

Terrible lying company

This company does nothing but lie and take your money promises promises promises then they lie about what they’re going to refund to you. It has been over 45 days since they charged me without my permission and have repeatedly said they had sent it to my bank. They have not they do not give you good leads

Thieves

Do not use this company… Three worthless leads in six months. Withdrew another $499 from my account incorrectly. Admitted that it was done in error. It”s been over 3 weeks and they have not reversed the charge. They are a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Scam

Please be cautious of Drxpote, they are a scam! They initially promised 8 to 10 leads per month, but I only received four low-quality leads. When I requested a refund due to their failure to meet their commitment, they became unresponsive. Over a year later, they charged me $499 without authorization. After contacting them by email because they would not answer the phone, they instructed me to submit a cancellation form, which specified that an “activation fee” would be deducted to process the cancellation. Fortunately, my bank reversed the charge, labeling it unauthorized, but others may not have the same outcome. Be aware!

This company is easy to work with

This company is easy to work with and explains everything clearly for older folks like me. They take their time but also get things done quickly. Very good service and it has to be, or else I wouldn’t keep coming back.

Horrible company

Signed up over a year ago for leads, never received any. Today, Dexope took $1000 from my account without permission after not giving any leads or contact for over a year.

Complaint of refund promise

On February 24, 2024 I paid $499 to Dexope, per sales manager Sam Curren - with a promise of 4-5 leads PER MONTH - and a guarantee of the $499 to be credited upon my first closing. If no closings from the leads in 6 months, August 24, 2024 - the $499 fee will be refunded. I have tried for 2 months to contact Dexope for the refund after only receiving 5 leads, no successful closings. No one will return my emails or phone calls - Alex Brown asked for a cancellation request to process the refund - again no results.

I recently started working with Dexope

I recently started working with Dexope and I'm eager to meet potential home buyers and sellers to share my knowledge and assist them with their home transactions. So far, Dexope's customer service has been very helpful, fast to reply, and open to suggestions.

I had a bad experience with Dexope.

I had a bad experience with Dexope. Out of 15 leads, none were real. They promised 5-8 leads each month, but after the second month, they stopped coming. The support team only sends standard replies and doesn't really help with your issues! They're a fraud! I tried to reach out to them, but my number was blocked once I pointed out their practices.

I was asked to submit another review, and Harvey

I was asked to submit another review, and Harvey called me again, saying the $499 refund was coming since they process payments every two weeks. I mentioned I've heard this before, but he insisted I should watch for the refund. This business is deceitful, and it’s odd that DEXOPE reappears as AGS plumbing and heating. More tricks and poor practices, this company should be shut down.

Exceptional Platform for High-Quality Referrals

After joining Dexope, I’ve been thoroughly impressed by their services. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the referral process smooth and efficient. The leads I’ve received are of excellent quality, helping me grow my business more effectively. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to provide assistance. Outstanding Service and Results!

I recently partnered with Dexope.com, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and results they've delivered. From the start, their team was professional, attentive, and clearly dedicated to helping my real estate business grow. The geo-targeted leads they provided were not only highly relevant but also thoroughly vetted and ready to close. Their commitment to ensuring exclusivity for their agents really sets them apart—no competition within the same area, which is a game-changer. What I appreciate most is their transparency and the fact that there are no hidden fees or recurring costs. The upfront fee is reasonable and gets reimbursed after the first closed deal, making it a risk-free investment. Plus, their marketing efforts in my area have brought in direct clients at no extra cost, which is a fantastic bonus!

I've used various lead generation services

I've used various lead generation services, but this one is distinct. The leads are consistently checked and applicable, making my work much smoother. Great asset.

Fraud at its worst. No verified leads

Fraud at its worst. No verified leads, just WhatsApp. Nobody picks up the phone and it’s hard to cancel.
