I recently had a complex issue with a listing on HousingAnywhere, and I want to sincerely thank Carla, Federica, and Daniel for their exceptional support throughout the entire process.
From the beginning, Carla was incredibly responsive and kind, always replying promptly and taking clear steps to escalate my case. Her professionalism and dedication made me feel heard and supported, even during moments of uncertainty.
Federica stepped in with the same level of attentiveness, making sure that the situation was continuously monitored and that I was kept informed. She was very empathetic and understanding when I expressed urgency and concern.
Daniel followed up with clarity and reassurance when I needed it most. His message helped ease my worries, and he ensured the process moved forward smoothly until the refund was confirmed.
After some back and forth with the landlord, the HousingAnywhere team ultimately secured a full refund for me. While the situation was stressful, the support I received from these three individuals made all the difference.
That said, I still don’t quite understand the company’s policy. As a tenant, I had just 48 hours to report any misrepresentation and 24 hours to provide evidence — but the landlord was given nine days to respond. That feels extremely unbalanced and, frankly, ridiculous. I strongly believe this part of the process needs serious reconsideration.
However, this review is not about the policy — it’s about the people. The five stars go entirely to Carla, Federica, and Daniel, who were truly outstanding throughout. HousingAnywhere is lucky to have them on the team.
