It’s just disappointing

Man, what a day! I ended up working over 8 hours non-stop, not even a quick break in sight. It was just me because my coworker bailed on me. They promised me $19.50 an hour, but guess what? They handed me just $65. I've tried calling and texting, but it's like I'm talking to a wall. It's frustrating because I put in so much effort. By the end of the shift, I was exhausted, couldn't even lift my arms. Thought that was the end of it, but nope—found out later they shorted me another $100. It’s just disappointing.

i got called in for a job saturday with another mover, we were already shorthanded for what we had to load into the uhaul. it was supposed to take 4 hours but the customer ended up needing 7 hours. because we were short staffed, after we finished our total pay was $168. they said payment would be same day, but later that night they pushed the date back and now they haven’t gotten back to me after many calls or given me any updates. THIS IS 100% A SCAM THEY WILL NOT PAY U DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Hey folks! Just a heads up—don't fall for this place. I used to work here, and it was a total disaster. They never paid me for two jobs I did, and I really needed that cash. It's like, when they need you, they'll be all over you, but the moment you need something from them, good luck. You'll just get stuck with automated messages. It's super frustrating and unfair. Seriously, do yourselves a favor and stay away from these guys, whether you're thinking of hiring them or working for them. Total bullies.

This company is not trustworthy and they endangered my family. When I called, they asked for my debit card information for a deposit, which I refused. They then sent a link claiming I only needed to pay $1.00. The person they sent to help was supposed to arrive at 5:30 but came at 6:00, without any tools, despite needing to assemble a TV stand. He left to get tools from his car but never returned. This company sent an unreliable stranger to my home and now won't answer calls. Avoid them at all costs!

Dangerous Employee

Mover was aggressive he chased down my son in his car, complained of not being paid properly by the company, forget to unload items and then just left them in the public sidewalk without telling anyone until 5 days later when we could not find some items. The Caddy moving is responsive in letting us know that the mover did a poor job but unfortunately they can do nothing to compensate for the missing items. Save yourself the trouble and hire a company who is not finding day workers off of Craigslist.

Avoid these movers

So, I hired these movers, thinking they'd take good care of my stuff. I was wrong. One of the guys decided it'd be a great idea to slide my leather bed frame down the metal ramp of the truck. I mean, who does that? Naturally, it got damaged. When I told them about it, they wanted pics and details, which I sent. Their solution? A measly $20 to cover the damage. No insurance, they said, even though they claim to provide it as a selling point. It's such a scam. Seriously, avoid these movers.

No trust

My son had his belongings confiscated on a move and then tried to settle up with pay pal! That was two weeks ago and still no pay for 4 jobs! Ok make that three bit the last job he wasn’t paid for two days! That was on a Thursday the 26! Caddy supposedly promoted him to caddie captain! At that point he stoppered g jobs ! He is owed for three jobs’ One Saturday and one Sunday and the kicker a six hr gig on the3 of July ! He was ordered out of the truck and was told to load. Furniture !

Save yourself the headache

Man, dealing with Caddy was such a mess. I worked there for a year, and it was just chaos from start to finish. They never paid on time, just whenever they felt like it. The whole operation felt like a scam. They charge way too much for their services, and the workers, like me, are just underpaid contractors. It’s super frustrating and totally unprofessional. If you're thinking about using them, I'd definitely look somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

I took on a job for Caddy last Monday, expecting to get paid right after. They told me payment would be on Friday instead. Well, Friday came and went, and still no money. I reached out multiple times, but no one got back to me. Completely silent. It's really frustrating because the gig was a 30-minute drive away. I wasted gas, time, and effort for nothing. I feel like this company just used me and then tossed me aside. It’s seriously disappointing.

I had the worst experience with this company. They seemed all legit at first, gave me a job to do, but when it came time to pay up, they just vanished. Tried calling them, but all I got was some automated message, no real person ever. It's like they were avoiding me on purpose. I put in the work and got nothing in return. Honestly, they should be sued out of business for how they treat people. Stay far away from these scammers.

They destroyed my property during a move due to negligence as one of the movers decided to slide a leather wrapped bed frame down the corrugated metal ramp of the moving truck. When they use a “we provide insurance” as a selling point. DO NOT USE THEM.

I completed the job and they promised me 30 bucks. Well, the next day rolled around, and I'm still waiting for the payment. Finally, they paid me, but only 29.75. Seriously? They couldn’t even give me the full 30? It’s just a quarter, but it's the principle of it. I mean, come on. If you say 30, pay 30. Can't believe I have to deal with this nonsense. I’d suggest you think twice before working with this company.

Not only was every single customer upset with caddy movers on all 5 jobs I did but it's a scam every single person working for them has no idea who they work for or anything else. They don't do anything but take the money they don't pay their employees and they don't care about the customer service they are making millions and they don't have any plans to change. Run as a customer and a mover looking for work.

I did a job on October 2nd, and they’re refusing to pay me. To make it worse, they told me to bring a helper. Now my friend thinks I scammed him. They ignore calls and emails, so reaching out is pointless. Seems like they’ve done this to a lot of people. Anyone know how we can file a lawsuit and shut them down? This company is a scam, they don't pay their workers. They send people out for tasks, then either ignore them or block them after it's done. However, they keep texting you non-stop to make sure the job gets finished. They never talk on the phone, only text which is a clear sign of trouble. Stay away from this company!

This company is a scam!

We worked from 10:00 am to 2:45 pm. They kept us there while charging the client. They said we could leave and get paid in 15 minutes, but we waited! Our money never showed up. One hour later they sent only $66 of our $140, and guess what, the app showed the $66? It was FAKE! These people seem nice but BE CAREFUL.

Like others have said, this company doesn’t pay the amount they show on their site. Once the job is done and the client is happy, they quit answering you when you ask for your money. Then they give lame reasons like “venmo is down” like you’re dumb. I wouldn’t suggest working with this company at all.

BEWARE!! Caddy Moving will destroy your property!!! 3 expensive custom art pieces destroyed by movers mishandling. Caddy won't compensate. I have to sue. Over $ 2000 in damages!!! Don't risk getting your property destroyed. The public need to know to stay away from this company.

This company is a complete scam. I'd be advised to give any information as they steal identities and credit card information. Have yet to reach a single live representative. My money was stolen and now need Lifelock! Thanks Caddy Moving

The company refused to cover return

The company refused to cover return shipping for a wrong part. The image on the box matched my order, but the piece inside did not work for my car. I had to cover the return shipping costs myself. Poor service for $10 in shipping fees.

I've work for them and it been over 24 hours and I still haven't got paid. I've even did extra work like help the people take off there doors and rails. Then they tried to send me $96 when they owe me $144 smh there back business.

Worst company to work for I would never work for them ever again they still haven't paid me for the last job that I did with them trying to tell me it's a customer to the customer paid me and not them which is a bunch of crap.

Scheduled 2 movers for 1 hour. Caddy gave me a date and time. They sent a text asking if they could move the time, then asked if only one mover would work, then canceled. Don’t use this company.
