As if that wasn’t enough, when I tried to return it, I discovered their return policy included a $10 shipping fee. It felt a bit unfair to me, especially when the sizing was off. I mean, why should I pay for something that wasn’t my fault? Definitely won't be shopping there again anytime soon.

I strongly advise against buying from this company due to poor product quality and their failure to uphold their warranty.

Unfortunately, FedEx delivered the backpack to the wrong house, and I can confirm this as they provided a picture of the wrong porch. It's been three weeks, and despite multiple messages, they have not responded to resolve the issue. Regrettably, it seems I'm out $150. I cannot recommend ordering from this place, as it appears to be questionable.
