Guides were kind and organized, the route hit our bucket-list spots, and the price was friendly. I could have done without the optional-tour sales pitch and the insurance back-and-forth after a delay. Still glad we went.

Booked by phone, documents arrived promptly, and our tour director kept everything humming. Hotels were comfortable if a bit simple, and luggage handling was a blessing. Long coach days, yet sights and commentary made it worthwhile. Good value for the itinerary.

We faced a rebooking situation, a bit inconvenient. Despite that, confirming the reservation required an extra call, and signing forms was necessary for confirmation. Surprisingly, I hadn't received these forms until my follow-up call. There was confusion about the payment status; I settled it in Nov., but they mentioned waiting for a money transfer without specifying the source. Uncertain if the promised rebooking discount was applied. While the customer service was pleasant, the need for confirmation and unclear payment details made the rebooking process less straightforward than expected.
