The company seems to operate in a misleading way. They advertise free or cheap trials, but then charge you for a full year. When you try to cancel or get a refund, they send you to Apple, but Apple just refuses, which is odd because I've had no such trouble with other apps before. Like others have mentioned, they offer a random 50% refund, which feels like an easy trick to make money. The app itself isn’t too bad, but it's best to stay away from the people behind it if you want to avoid hassle. I'm now looking into formal ways to complain, since this seems to be a common issue.

I didn’t gain any valuable insights from it, only a sense of being judged. The goals you set aren’t monitored, and there’s no real support. Instead, the app constantly pushes other products. If you're trying to stop drinking, I suggest doing it on your own, like I did after 8 weeks of struggling with this app. Eight weeks later, I’m alcohol-free without needing their biased “lessons” or judgmental approach.

My daughter chose this app over professional help. Sadly, she took her own life 9 months after stopping drinking. She encountered a con artist pretending to be a "Life Coach," who took her money and worsened her mental health. This app should not be available.

I am disappointed by how they handled my mistake in subscribing. They said they would forward my issue to the team, but now it looks like they’ve blocked me and ignored all my emails. Very bad service!!
