Tried booking online for a
Tried booking online for a couple of days, no luck. Finally, I reached out to customer service and got Danial on the line. He handled the booking manually for me. When the driver didn't show up to collect the goods, I was pretty frustrated. But then I called Danial again, and he made sure everything still got delivered within the promised time. In the end, the job got done and the customer service was solid. Despite the hiccups, I'd use them again.

The website is easy to use. Communicating is simple. Tracking deliveries from the site is straightforward. Deliveries aren’t always fast (though 1 out of 10 was delayed, which is a decent rate). When direct contact is needed, customer service helps through emails.

The communcation with Quicargo staff was good. Danial Azman helped me well with all the info and directions. The pallete arrived safe in Romania. Thank you

Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service. Not depending on them, but to be improved was the foresasted delivery time. The cargo was supposed to arrive on Monday while it arrived on Friday before. Otherwise good service.

Quicargo systems has a problem
Quicargo systems has a problem, sometimes we need to send with the client's name, but your system doesn't switch back to the original user name. I faced some issues because of this and had to pay for it.
