I stumbled upon this dress

I stumbled upon this dress for my lakeside elopement and it turned out to be just perfect! Ordered the Celeste dress, but it was a bit too big at first. No worries though, the exchange process was a breeze, and soon enough, the right size was in my hands. The fit was spot-on, and it shimmered beautifully in the sunset. Compliments were flying all around! I was a bit nervous about ordering online, but it worked out amazingly well. I really appreciate how they cater to all sizes, and their story adds a nice touch. Jessakae made my special day even more magical.

I had a great time at the Jessa Kae

I had a great time at the Jessa Kae showroom when I was in Utah. The showroom was beautifully set up with relaxing music playing. There were so many lovely dresses to choose from, and I finally picked two that I’m sure I’ll wear often over the next few seasons. I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Utah or shop online like I’ve done before!

The team at the store was really friendly

The team at the store was really friendly and helped me find the perfect dress. I loved how the dresses fit, and the sizing was easy to figure out thanks to their wide selection. I’m happy with my choice, and it made shopping for a dress much more pleasant than I thought it would be.

I've been a fan of

I've been a fan of their dresses for a long time, and I've spent quite a bit on them over the years. But recently, the quality's just not there anymore. I got two dresses with zipper issues, and I found out it's a common problem. Tried to get some help from customer service, but they wouldn't replace them because I wore them once. It's frustrating to feel ignored after being a loyal customer for so long. Honestly, it's disappointing to spend so much and get no support when things go wrong. I'm done shopping here. It's better to invest in brands that actually value their customers and maintain their quality.

So there I was, waiting for a package that seemed to have vanished into thin air. The company had promised to resend it after the first one mysteriously disappeared. But guess what? The second one never showed up either. It said "delivered," but there was no package in sight. I did the usual rounds—asked my neighbors, scoured my property—but came up empty-handed. It's super frustrating when you're expecting something and it just doesn't arrive. I really hoped for a better outcome the second time around, but now I'm just left wondering what went wrong. It's like my packages entered some kind of Bermuda Triangle for deliveries.

I gotta tell you about

I gotta tell you about my experience with this store. Their return policy is just absurd. They don't refund to the original payment source, which is already pretty silly. Plus, they only give you 20 days from the purchase date to return stuff. I was moving and couldn't return my order in time, and when I finally got around to it, my return was denied. Most other stores give you 30 days from when you get the item, not from when you buy it. 20 days is just not enough. Also, the dress I bought was way too big and looked nothing like the picture. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this company. Bought a dress for $250, and the zipper was broken right out of the box. When I contacted them for a refund, they just brushed me off because it was past their 20-day return policy. They actually said zippers lose their grip over time. But I never even wore the dress and only bought it two months ago! It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t take responsibility for their faulty product. Honestly, save your money and shop somewhere else where they care about quality and customer service.
