    The delivery address wasn't on the waybill, so we had to track it with usps. After 3 weeks, we finally got our package. Plus, the name on the cap was hard to read.

    I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is just terrible! I live in the US and ordered a pair of nursing clogs, size 9. Instead, they sent me an EU 42, which is like a size 11.5. Huge! And that's not all. The design on the shoes was so poorly done, it looked like a kid did it. Nothing was centered properly. I placed my order on September 17th and emailed them on October 4th after receiving the wrong shoes. It's now November 26th, and still no resolution. The customer service rep stopped replying to my emails weeks ago. Calling them is useless; it just goes to a recording telling you to email. I'm now considering contacting the BBB and my credit card company to reverse the charge. Avoid this company at all costs!

They replied saying the correct blanket was on its way. That was back on September 24, 2024. It’s been weeks, and I still haven't received the right blanket. Meanwhile, the wrong blanket is just sitting here, and I don’t know what to do with it. Feeling kinda frustrated with the whole situation, wish it got sorted quicker.
