I haven’t taken my class yet. I paid for it and received an email with links that did not work. I became suspicious and went to the college website to find them. NOTHING! I thought I was taking g a non credit course through Bradley University but nope! Nothing listed ANYWHERE on Bradley’s site about Ed2go.com. This feels deceitful. I’m trying to upload a photo of the error I get when I clicked the link but this site won’t let me upload it.

Don’t trust the promises about one-on-one help or real hands-on training with load boards, software, or anything beyond basic info. You can get all the same info from ed2go online for free. Other courses offer hands-on practice and support for less money. Ed2go Freight Broker class online just gives you info. You have to print your certificate yourself from your email because a student told BBB they never got one. They don’t help with agent placement after the course, like they claim. Keep it short, find a better class. Ed2go freight broker class isn’t worth $1800. No teacher is ever present during the course. They take the money and disappear.

My time here? A total mess.

You won't pick up a thing; it's all just books and figuring it out yourself. I got more from YouTube than this program that's supposed to teach. Now, two months in, I gotta pay the full $3000, and I'm learning nada! No one helps you out. The teacher who should be there takes ages to respond. If you're seeing this, you're either checking reviews or already got caught in this con. This ain't rite! Tell everyone so others don't get trapped!

After enrolling in a course that turned out to be wrongly described and paying a big amount upfront, I decided it wasn’t worth continuing. When I asked about dropping the course and getting a refund, they said it was past their 10 day refund rule, but I could switch to another course by paying a transfer fee plus some nonrefundable charges. So, either way, I’m stuck with this "school" for at least $1000 and have gained no useful skills for a job. This feels like just a way to take your money. Avoid the trouble and cost—stay clear of ed2go.

I missed class for two weeks and asked for a refund, but Stephanie Kelly took a whole week to get back to me. She’s really not professional. I called and emailed, but she really needs to improve. I paid $70.00 and only got back $52.00. Just wrong. Durham Tech returned all my money. Next time I’ll stick to my local schools. Wake Tech

I signed up for the Pharmacy Technician certification program. Most of the work was reading and writing, with a few short videos here and there. It didn’t feel like it was enough to help me get ready for the real certification exam (the ED2GO quizzes should’ve been harder and had more useful questions). Also, some books took forever to come. I was done with the class in 5 months, but the lab kit only showed up 7 months after I paid. Overal, I do not recomend this company and feel like I wasted my money.

If you're taking continuing ed classes, be careful not to click at the end of a Michigan Virtual class, where they offer courses. You might be mislead and waste your time, money, and energy. These courses only give you a certificate and don’t really help. I've lost time, money, and credit taking these classes. It's unfair. If you're taking classes for teacher renewal, please double-check with the State of Michigan and avoid ed2go.

I have tried to contact them many times since then but haven’t heard anything back, no matter how I reach out or who I talk to at their company. Since I paid for this course myself to earn a cert, I am quite unhappy with their poor customer service and would recommend anyone considering a course with them to look elsewhere for a company that truly wants to help you get your cert.

I enrolled in an instructor-led course for the Project Management Professional certification. Sadly, the course material was full of mistakes, and the instructor was absent most of the time. For instance, the response to how to show leadership on a project was to "buy everyone t-shirts." That is clearly absurd, and the instructor would come up with reasons to justify the incorrect answers. Regrettably, I had signed up for more than one class, and after the first class turned out to be a mess, I requested a refund for the remaining classes I hadn’t attended. They declined.

What a load of nonsense and waste of cash. My son, who has a disability but a sharp mind, was deceived by this useless program. When he took the certification test, he found questions that were not included in the program. Shame on you, my son just wanted proof that he could achieve it.

Bought the full stack software developer course

The first two parts were simple as I already knew a bit about the topics. But when I moved on to the next parts, I got so confused I couldn’t keep going. Besides that, I have some really tough personal issues stopping me from going forward even if I wanted to. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, but they weren't helpfull at all, and they couldn’t even give me part of my money back. I wish I had kept my money and just learned from LinkedIn courses or YouTube tutorials instead.

Just completed a good Excel course in three parts at Excelsior College, NY. Would recommend it. Signed up for SharePoint 2016 at another place but had to quit it quickly. Confusing material, not good customer support, quite annoying. Had high hopes based on the Excel course. They also seem to ignore feedback. Not returning to ed2go. Looking at Lynda now! So far it’s good.

I'm bummed about my experience with the Medical

I'm bummed about my experience with the Medical Coding course at Coconino Community College. Signed up online, then got bombarded with calls from fast-talking salespeople pushing me to enroll. They even gave me a discount. Now doing the course, it won't prep me for certification. Also, took ages to get textbooks, despite me emailing them eight times. No extension offered. Researched Ed2Go, owned by Cengage, which filed for bankruptcy in 2014. Coconino sold a course that's just a money grab, leaving folks like me feeling scammed. Refund denied, like others here.

This company seems sketchy. They claim they're linked to community colleges, but they're not. Their website is basic, like a kid made it. They don't spend money on anything. Their "advisors" are robots. You can't even reach them by phone. The "book" they give you falls apart, it's just photocopied junk. No real interaction in the courses, no human touch. Nothing cool. Super basic. They charge a lot, no refunds. Sounds like a scam, right? They won't last long ripping people off. They know they should give refunds, but they don't care. Their attitude is like, "Told ya so!" This is just my first review, but I'll write tons more until everyone knows how bad they are. And they'll probably reply, making it even clearer they don't care about customers. They're like leeches, sucking money from people who can't afford it. No real smart business plan.

I study ed2go for 1 year for biz certif & HS diploma. Changed 4 coaches. 1st one bad, kept calling in morn despite night work. No change. Got mad, she shut up. Got new one later. Test hard, no help. Try 5th time history, still stuck. Spend lot money, no refunds.

I enrolled in the COC program at the local Community College. Honestly, it wasn't worth it. All you do is read and watch videos. Trying to get in touch with them is impossible, neither phone nor email works. I took the AAPC exam and failed. Talking to an AAPC instructor made me realize how unready I am. Don't waste your money, or your company's money. I'm really angry about it.

I finished their Certified Medical Administrative Assistant program about a year back. Honestly, it wasn't worth the money. All we did was read a book, watch a few clips, answer some questions, and take a simple test after each chapter. I expected more hands-on experience, maybe using software to simulate office work, but it didn't happen.

Ed2Go connected me with First Associates/Vervent Inc for a student loan, the same bank implicated in the ITT scam. While those in the class action received full refunds, my credit struggles persist due to misinformation. Vervent Inc consistently misrepresents the delinquency timeline, extending the impact beyond its actual initiation in June 2013. Caution is advised when dealing with Ed2Go.
