    I recently had a bit of a saga trying to return a couple of dresses. At first, the store offered me just a 10% refund if I kept them, which didn’t sit right with me. So, I pushed back. Then they came back with a 30% refund offer, but I still wasn’t convinced. Finally, they offered a 50% refund if I kept the dresses, or I could return them entirely. I decided to go with the 50% refund, and thankfully, the money was deposited back into my account. It was a bit of a drawn-out process, but in the end, it worked out. Just took some patience and persistence on my part.

    I got my order today

    I got my order today, but the sizes are just off. The first time, I ordered 2 XL and they were way too big. Lost $79 on that with no refund. Tried again with 2 mediums, still too big. Another $79 gone. Now I'm hoping 2 smalls will finally fit, but if they don't, I'm done spending money. The size chart on the website is just not reliable. Would be great if the company could get it right or at least offer refunds.

    I really like these shoes.

    I really like these shoes. They are available in local stores, but only in limited sizes, and the price is lower. I was hoping Chic Me would offer them for a better price.

    Alright, so picture this: I was getting super worried, right? I had ordered these shoes, and 27 days later, still nothing. Tracking info was like a ghost town, which had me thinking I'd been duped. Seriously, who wouldn’t panic a bit? But then, out of nowhere, the shoes show up today. And let me tell you, they are exactly as described. The quality's spot-on, just like I hoped. But man, they really need to sort out their tracking system and maybe give their customer service a little boost. It's such a relief that the shoes finally arrived, but the whole waiting and not knowing part? Yeah, that was a bit rough.

    I’ve been ordering from this place for a while, and it’s been a mixed bag, honestly. Sometimes the quality is spot on, but other times it’s just not there, you know? Last time, a couple of my orders didn’t show up, which was frustrating. And when they do drop off the package, it’d be nice if they handed it to someone and gave a call to the number listed.     I was excited about the

    I was excited about the cute clothes I found, but the sizes are all over the place. Some stuff fits, others not so much. And while they say returns and exchanges are free, it's not that simple. When I tried to return an item, they kept pushing for a discount on my total order instead of letting me send it back. So, returns aren't really a thing. They did offer to send a replacement if there's a problem, which is something, I suppose. Overall, it's a bit frustrating dealing with the size inconsistencies and tricky return policy.

    I really enjoy shopping at ChicMe. Their clothes are super stylish and generally fit well, though occasionally I get something that doesn't quite work. But honestly, it's the website that drives me nuts. Every time I click on an item to check the sizes, it kicks me back to the main menu. So annoying. It just makes the whole process longer and a bit frustrating. But, I keep coming back because the clothes are worth it. If they could just fix the website, it would be perfect.

    When my package reached the UK

    When my package reached the UK, I got a message but no clue about the delivery service. I feel let down by the service, especially since this was my second time ordering from CHIC ME. WHY DID I HAVE TO FIND OUT ON MY OWN WHO WOULD DELIVER MY PACKAGE IN THE UK??? WHY WAS I NOT TOLD IT WAS ROYAL MAIL???

    So frustrating and disappointing

    I recently bought this item that was supposed to be perfect, but it was a total letdown. First off, it was way too big, nothing like the picture. I was expecting something that matched what I saw, but nope, not even close. Then, instead of offering me a proper refund, they tried to pacify me with a measly 10% discount and said I could keep it. They even asked for my measurements like that would fix anything! It was ridiculous, honestly. All I wanted was my £30 back, but they made it so difficult. Definitely won’t be buying from them again. This experience was just frustrating and disappointing.

    I ordered two items from this company and had a terrible experience. One item was way too big and of poor quality, while the other was too small. Returning them was a nightmare. They require you to generate a ticket and kept offering me discounts instead of processing my return. I clearly stated I wanted a refund, but they continued to push discounts. After a week of back-and-forth, they told me my 14-day return period had expired. When I lodged a complaint, they sent a link for a return label with just 2 days to send it back and proof of postage. The link didn’t even work! Now they're ignoring me, and I doubt I'll meet the deadline. This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with.

    So, I got caught up in the stunning photos of their clothes online and decided to give it a shot. Big mistake.     Ordered a bunch of outfits, like five, from this place because I’ve been shopping there for ages. My fiancé’s been going through some tough times with his spinal cord issues, so the package just sat there after it came on April 8th. I finally got around to opening it on the 24th, and only one outfit was what I wanted. Emailed them right away to return the rest, but they said no since I missed the 14-day return window by two days. Explained the whole situation, hoping for some understanding, but all they offered was a measly $20 gift card. Feels like they care more about making money than helping their loyal customers.     I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered some stuff, and it got stolen. I tried contacting their customer service for help, but all I got was a runaround. They kept telling me to wait because it was "under investigation," but after weeks of this, I talked to Evri and found out there was never any claim filed. I even showed them proof, but they just ignored it or sent the same useless reply. As a customer, I felt like I had no rights. Evri said they couldn't help unless the company reached out to them. Reading other reviews, it seems like this happens a lot. I won't be buying from them again. Be careful if you're thinking about ordering from them!
