I ordered this one item, thinking everything was fine, only to find out a month later it was out of stock! Why advertise it and take my money if you don't even have it? It's been such a hassle trying to get my refund. They keep delaying and I'm still waiting for my money back. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend using them at all. Total waste of time and money. If you want reliable service, go somewhere else. This place just leaves you frustrated and empty-handed.

I ordered a couple things from this place back in mid-January. Money went through on my Visa, but here I am, still waiting for the stuff to show up. It's been a while, and I haven’t seen any packages or updates. I’m just stuck in this limbo, out the cash and no goodies to show for it. Frustrating, right? I guess all I can do now is hope they sort it out soon. Would be nice to see that money back in my account. Not the smoothest experience, you know? Just hoping they make it right.

I ordered something on 11/30/24 and it's been 10 days without even a shipping confirmation. I tried finding a customer service number, but there's none. They use Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp for contact, but I don’t have Facebook and have no idea how WhatsApp works. It's so frustrating! There’s absolutely no way to get in touch with them. This whole thing feels like a scam. I seriously regret shopping with them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs!

I bought $90 worth of clothes back on March 23rd and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. It’s frustrating because I’ve never had any problems with this store before. But this experience has really put me off. I’ve been trying to get in touch with their customer service, but no response yet. This is so disappointing. I had high hopes for those clothes and now I’m not sure if I’ll ever get them. Definitely not planning to shop from them again.

I ordered a sweater and pants from this store, and it was a mess. The sweater was way too big, like it could fit two of me, and the pants were so tight, I could hardly get them on. Tried to return them, but they wouldn't take them back. They said something about their label return system being down, which felt like an excuse. Instead, they offered a measly 10% off my next purchase. Seriously? Won't be shopping there again.

I bought a pair of white pants from Instagram, and when they arrived, they had blue ink lines all over the pockets and waistband. I was so disappointed. I took pictures and emailed their customer service, but they just told me to wash it. Seriously? I want my money back! I can't believe I wasted my time and money on this. Definitely won't be buying from them again. Feels like a total rip-off.

I ordered something almost 2 months ago and still nothing. Last update I got was on November 15 saying it was shipped, but nothing since then. I've called customer service multiple times, and they just keep telling me to be patient and that it's on its way. Really frustrating because I needed this item weeks ago. Not planning to order from here again, and I can't recommend it to anyone.

I bought an outfit for $28, but they charged me $41 with shipping and tax. Then, they started billing my credit card every week, even though I didn't order anything else. The outfit I got wasn’t even good quality, definitely not worth the money. It looked cheap and poorly made. I feel totally scammed. Be careful with this company, they seem to be running some kind of fraudulent scheme.
