No Refund & Shocking customer service

NO REFUND, do not order from this company! I ordered multiple dresses to try on for my university graduation, sadly none of them suited or fitted correctly, probably due to it being my first OhPolly order and me not being familiar with their sizing. I therefore packaged up the dresses neatly and returned them to the In-Post locker, and of course was satisfied that I done everything to return them to the company safely. By the time my parcel had arrived at their warehouse they refused me a refund and sent through images of some other garments saying that I had swapped out the dresses. I had never before seen these other garments. I of course was shocked, and alerted them to the fact that the dresses must have been stolen in transit… That or more sinisterly the company is scamming people for money! I have never before worried about returning an item online, and I have never run into this issue, it has completely put me off ordering online again! Their customer service is a joke, no phone number and you receive replies from multiple people. They say they ‘investigated’ my complaint, but they can’t have been very diligent! and after two weeks still told me that I wouldn’t receive a refund, and that impossibly the parcel is my responsibility up until it reached their warehouse! How can I be responsible for a parcel no longer in my possession! I’m now having to take up the issue separately with In-Post and my bank account. Do not order from OhPolly, you’ll regret it! I can now see from other trustpilot reviews that other people have had similar issues, Absolutely appalling!

OhPolly's got some seriously stunning

OhPolly's got some seriously stunning designs, even if I do wish they had more modest options in their lineup. I'd definitely fill my closet with more if they did! The website's super easy to get around, which makes shopping a breeze. The quality of the clothes? Top-notch, every single time. Delivery's quick, which is awesome, but it’d be nicer if it didn’t come with a fee. Same goes for returns—not exactly free. It’s a small gripe though, considering how much I love their stuff. A bit more variety in styles would totally make my shopping experience even better, and I bet I’m not the only one feeling this way.

I was on the hunt for a stunning wedding evening dress and stumbled upon Oh Polly. It was easy to find but, more importantly, absolutely gorgeous. Other places I checked just didn’t measure up. I ordered on Tuesday, and by Wednesday, it was already here! When I opened the package, not only was the dress stunning, but there was a surprise gift card inside. Being my first time shopping with them, they gave me a gift card worth the same amount as the dress! Never experienced anything like that before. Definitely sticking with Oh Polly for future buys!

I selected the wrong address that I do not live at anymore and realized once I had placed my order. I submitted a ticket and was told it’s takes up to 3 days to receive a response. I was really worried about that since I had selected the 1-3day express shipping. Within a few hours oh Polly got back to me and were able to update my adress. Thank you! Much appreciated:) I’ll have the perfect dress for my special event now!

I checked with the delivery company, and it's very urgent for me. I relied on the promised delivery time and it hasn't come through. Can you please let me know when I can expect the package? I noticed what looked like a double charge on my Visa and contacted them; the response was fast and very good.
