We tried to return them, hoping for a full refund. Instead, we got a series of offers, starting at 10% and eventually going up to 50%. We insisted on returning the entire order for a full refund, but kept getting vague responses. The last message said we'd have to pay for return shipping if we didn't accept the 50% refund. Feeling stuck, we agreed, but are still waiting for the money. We'll probably donate the clothes. Lesson learned.

    Honestly, dealing with Chicme and Yodel has been a nightmare. My parcel's been missing for over a month, and neither company will admit fault.     Bought some clothes from ChicMe for £74.25, right? So, when the package finally arrived, I wasn't impressed. Reached out to customer service within their refund window, asked for a refund. They told me to keep the items and they'd give back 25% of my money. Politely said no, wanted a full refund, only liked one item. Then they bumped it up to 30% if I kept everything. Again, I said no. They upped the offer to 50% and then just blocked me. Never gave me an address to return the stuff. Honestly, go with SHEIN. Their service and refund process are so much better.

    Absolutely no customer service here. They are refusing to issue a refund for goods that were never delivered. They won't even communicate with the courier, who has stated that they will only deal with the company. Furthermore, they are withholding contact information that I need to send legal papers from the small claims court. This company is a complete mess with a disgusting attitude. I've been stuck in this cycle for months now, and please don't pay any attention to the "deeply sorry" responses you might see from ChicMe, as those are just generic replies.

    I wish I could give less than one star! Dealing with refunds and returns is a complete nightmare. Seriously, you won't see your money back, and you're expected to pay for shipping all the way to America. That is, if they even bother to get back to you. The clothes? Not worth the price at all.     I had a terrible experience with Chic Me and I’m done with them. I ordered a sweater, but they never sent it. They took my money and didn't even bother to tell me it was out of stock. I had to chase them for weeks just to get a replacement. When the new sweater finally arrived, it was awful – too small, ugly color, and so thin you could see right through it. Definitely not worth the money. I asked for another replacement, but they said it was too late since 14 days had passed. Seriously?! Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your money here.
