I just received my custom mouse mat. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing the first time, but I placed the correct order and messaged them on Facebook. They replied very quickly, and my first order was easily canceled. I would give them 5 stars for customer service. As for the quality of the product, I'd rate it 4.5 stars. I'm very happy with my mouse mat. I sent them a 4K image, and while there's some loss of pixel detail, it looks great. The colors are excellent and true to the original image, not washed out or oversaturated.

I ordered a custom playmat right before Christmas and it arrived within about four weeks (shipped in two weeks and I got it in Canada, which is pretty good considering the holiday rush). The playmat looks great. It has the same material as a mousepad, and though it’s a bit thin, the stitching makes it look nice. The print is sharp and the colors are bright. It doesn’t seem easy to crease, which is a bonus. I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

I also want to say thank you to the customer suport team, for being some of, if not the best customer support I have ever experienced. There was no auto responses, no copy and pasted answers. I was speaking to a real person who had genuine concern for my issue and helped a lot! I cannot praise them enough for this!

I ordered two play mats. After a few days, they emailed me saying one of my images was low quality and suggested an upgrade for an extra fee. Since the image wasn’t great, I decided to go with the upgrade. Ordered on Nov 20 and got it on Dec 2. Pleased with how everything turned out and will likely buy from them agan.

I'm really happy with my custom sleeves order. They arrived quickly, which was great. But, for Aussie buyers, be cautious as they ship through APC logistics, which uses Aramex (formerly Fastway couriers). My sleeves did arrive, but Aramex can be dicey.

I placed an order for a custom mousepad with RGB features. The shipping duration extended to about 45 days, considerably longer than the initial 2-3 weeks I anticipated. I maintained communication with the customer service team, who sincerely apologized for the prolonged shipping time, attributing it to multiple delays from their manufacturer and warehouses in China. Despite my initial frustration, I received a partial refund, a gesture that prevented me from requesting a full refund and canceling my order. The quality of the mousepad ultimately justified the wait, and I appreciate the partial refund. I would recommend that the company addresses and resolves their internal shipping issues, especially given their base in China, which can present challenges in resolving such matters.

I got a custom mousepad with RGB lights. It took 45 days to get to me, but I thought it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I spoke with customer service, and they were very sorry for the delay. They told me that they've been having lots of shipping issues with their factory and warehouses in China. They gave me a partial refund, which was nice since I almost asked for a full refund and canceled my order. I'm glad I didn't do that because the mousepad's quality was worth the wait. I just think they should fix they're shipping issues since they're based in China, and that could be hard to solve.

Shipping took way longer than what was said, my custom mouse pad came after over a month. They did make it fast, but then customs caused delays cause it came from China. Nowhere on the site does it say where it ships from. If I knew, I probaly would have ordered from somewhere else. I like the print a lot, looks nice. But the pad itself feels kinda cheap, it’s really slim and it moves around on my wood desk.

Missing half my order,

Missing half my order, still waiting on an email to try and help me get the other half, make sure if you are sending more than one box, send both tracking numbers. If the issue is resolved, i will give the 5 star rating you deserve for the quality, but until my issue is resolved my rating stands.

FAIR WARNING! Left me hanging, horrible communication!

I ordered 4 custom playmats on January 4, 2025 for an event I was holding on February 19th, 2025. PLENTY of time to fulfill. I was constantly checking in with them on status, confirmation, etc. From January 29th - February 14th I heard NOTHING. Even though I emailed multiple times asking for a ship date/tracking. Late on February 14th the emailed saying "due to logistics they were unable to make my mats and would issue me a refund." I WAS LIVID. You ghost me for 16 days and now tell me this 5 days prior to my event?!?! Due to their non-existent communication, I was forced into reaching out to their competitor who came through for me, but the rush fees were $190 over what I had already paid Your Playmat. I asked for a full refund + the $190 I had incurred due to their lack of communication. They had the gall to email me and say it is against their policy but they would be "happy to give me a discount on my next order." WOW. Yeah, I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN. Horrible communication, customer service and now stuck with $190 in extra costs to meet the deadline THEY promised they could meet. No wonder they don't have a Google review page and have turned off their Facebook review page. They don't want you to see the horrible experiences their customers have. Your Playmat, own up to it and make it right. Extremely disappointed in your services.

Don't place an order unless you enjoy wasting time and money

I placed an order November 18th, 2024 for a playmat, deck box and card sleeves. Based on their websites FAQ page I should have received my items within 5-12 business days. On December 8th, after not getting any updates on my order and checking the tracking of my order on their website which showed no new updates, I reached out to customer service to figure out why nothing has been updated and where my order was in processing. They told me there was a "logistical issue" that caused a delay and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or continue waiting and get a partial refund for the inconvenience. I opted to continue waiting and received a 15% refund and asked if there was an ETA for when I should be receiving my order. On December 11th, they told me that "the last report we received mentioned 3 to 6 weeks" and told me that they would reach out as soon as they got another report. I noticed on Facebook they were giving other customers a 50% refund for the same issue and reached back out asking why I only received a 15% refund. It is now January 8th, and I haven't received any updates on my order, no updates on their website order tracking, and no follow up correspondence from them. They are effectively ghosting me and many other customers (go look at the comments on their most recent Facebook post). Do not waste your time or money on this company.

I ordered a play mat from this company, only to discover later that they subcontracted the printing to another country, a detail that wasn't easily found on their website. The printing quality turned out to be very poor, rendering the $15 improvement upgrade seemingly wasteful as it appeared to degrade the image. Communication was an issue as their emails with shipping details experienced significant lag. Upon arrival, the item was carelessly shoved into a damaged bag, resulting in a packaging that was visibly battered. The play mat itself suffered damage at the sides. Despite reaching out to the company with a complaint and providing photographic evidence (albeit limited to one image), I haven't received any response from them. Attempting to contact them before the item's arrival also proved futile on multiple occasions. Given this experience, I would not consider using this company again. I've also taken to Twitter to warn others about the packaging damage and visible wear on the item due to postage mishandling. The lack of responsiveness and overall poor experience make this a company I cannot recommend.

Do not trust this company

I ordered custom card sleeves a full month before a Magic tournament. When I didn't receive any shipping updates, I reached out multiple times over several weeks asking for a status update. Every message went unanswered. When they finally responded, it was to tell me they couldn't fulfill the order. By then it was too late to order from anyone else. They issued a refund, but a refund just gives me back money for a product they never delivered. It doesn't solve the fact that I'm now going into a tournament without custom sleeves. If they had responded to even one of my follow-ups, I would have had time to go elsewhere. This was my first time ordering from this company and I will never order again. There are plenty of places to get custom sleeves and playmats. Do not trust these guys!

I ordered a custom mat around 4 weeks ago on a friend's suggestion. It was my first time using their services. After placing the order, I received confirmation and advertising emails. After 3 weeks, I checked the status and saw no movement. I emailed them, and they apologized for a glitch and promised to expedite the order. Four days later, I hadn't received it, so I requested a refund. They said they had already sent it to production but offered a refund. I insisted on a refund, expecting the full amount. They said they could only refund up to 25% due to the order being in transit. Despite this, I only received $8 back after several days. It's been a disappointing and terrible experience. Their idea of express shipping took over a week, and I won't be using them again.
