SignNow.com

From messy pdfs to tidy

Templates took me from clumsy PDFs to clean forms fast. Drag and drop fields made sense. I learned bulk send in ten minutes and the audit trail looked thorough.

Smooth bulk sends with trails

Bulk sending 50 docs felt smooth. Recipients signed on phones and I felt confident seeing timestamps and IPs in the trail. No confusion from my clients.

Fast fix for email issue

Deliverability hiccup hit one client. Support resent from a different envelope and explained whitelisting steps. Calm, clear guidance and we finished the signoff that afternoon.

Easy eSign for our team

Started with templates, bulk send, and reminders on day one. Interface is clean and our users learned it quickly. API later tied into Salesforce without drama. Great value.

Issue resolved in one thread

Delivered clear steps to fix email deliverability and followed up after. Professional tone and fast resolution. No back and forth needed.

Client signed on phone

Notification pinged, signature captured, deal moved. I exhaled and moved to the next task without missing a beat.

Lean, reliable eSign stack

It made me feel confident sending HIPAA documents with proper audit trails. Invite caps can bite, but value stays strong.

I had a problem with my subscription

I had a problem with my subscription charges and needed a refund. The support person was very patient and quick to help me out. I am grateful for their assistance, as I couldn't afford this.

I received a link from a company

I received a link from a company, and when I clicked it on my phone, it prompted me to sign up for a free trial that starts charging after a week. It’s a bit annoying since I had to keep track of cancelling to avoid a fee. I attempted to sign up on my computer and saw the 'guest signing' option, which worked well. Perhaps there was a similar option on my iPhone, but it wasn't clear.

SignNow works great.

SignNow works great. I use it for my clients to sign standard disclaimers with a single link that I promote. It's also useful for quickly signing documents I get, instead of printing them out, signing them, and scanning. Excellent service

This company is so easy to use

This company is so easy to use, straightforward, and helpful. We've used it for over a year, and we're pleased with the features. Once, we had trouble logging in; it kept saying the password was wrong, but they fixed it quickly.

I've been using SignNow since 2012 when

I've been using SignNow since 2012 when I was managing rentals (ugh!) and had tons of paper forms to deal with. SignNow was a game changer and even now that I handle fewer forms in my new business, I still use SignNow for any digital documents that need to be completed and signed.

Da software works good.

Da software works good. Da pricing is good for dis product. I had an issue when I tried to update my paypal payment. Their interface doesn't let you update payment methods or change from paypal to credit card. DON'T USE PAYPAL. Da only way to pay is to cancel da current subscription and pay at da new higher plan. SignNow's response shows dey don't understand like da service reps. It's not about changing da card in Paypal. Paypal lets you cancel autopayments but it doesn't let you relink dem on da Paypal side. Other companies let you relink to Paypal from their website's payment settings. Da workaround they suggest ain't a workaround.
