    I was beyond pleased

    I was beyond pleased with their services. Rosa, the person I dealt with, was top-notch. She explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand - from their services to the timeline and cost. She also kept me updated on when my package would be picked up, which I really appreciated. And when it finally arrived, it was in perfect condition - thanks to their great packaging.

    I had a terrible experience

    I had a terrible experience with them, and I was left feeling disappointed in every aspect. While they were quick to respond to my questions via email, they didn't take any responsibility for the issues that arose. It felt like a constant bait and switch, from the unexpected price increase after they already had my items to delivering them in a broken condition. And to top it off, the insurance I purchased from them didn't even cover the damages. It's a shame because I had provided them with a detailed list of my items and expected a smooth and problem-free process. But instead, I was left feeling frustrated and ripped off.
