Morally and ethically corrupt
I simply tried to change date of my travel one day later. Gave me special dispensation despite paid full price and took extra payment,. Having taken extra payment then sent me corrupt link only let me choose same train same date. I tied numerous ways to get support and complain. I only ever got told about my problem and my mistake. Deal with these people at your peril. They are a true scam. Eventually got a supervisor after writing numerous mails and reviews to again simply that my mistake my problem. They refused to explain why they agreed to change without telling me about a charge. They also insisted I picked the same train I wanted to change. There is one customer representative who should get a special mention for neglect and absolute shocking service. Nick G whoever the hell you are how do you live with yourself treating people the way you do. Clearly your organisation lets you do as you please and backs you doing it. If we have to deal with organisations and service like this surely we will eventually stop yravelling
