Solid gear, app quirks

I love how Jabra gear just works in Teams rooms. The PanaCast camera is clean and the Speak2 is tiny but loud. Bluetooth pairing got funky after a firmware update for a week, then a patch fixed it. Kept the setup.

This looks like a good earpiece, but

This looks like a good earpiece, but I got two with the menu stuck in Chinese, and nothing I tried changed it. They were "reconditioned" from Amazon, so maybe they have issues or are not the right model. I hope to get a replacemant straight from Jabra now.

Had trouble pairing Jabra Drive with new phone. First rep useless, but 2nd rep fixed it! Jabra is great.

The personal attention we received, not only from Pedro but also from those who answered the phone was exseptional! Whether I spoke to Shimera (sp?) or Nick and mentioned I had been working with Pedro, each offered to see if he was available and when he wasn't, told me he'd call back as soon as he was off the call he was on and he did - in moments!! When I purchased the earbuds most compatible with a laptop, Pedro sent me a link to the order form and made sure it was the model with the correct dongle. He had told me I needed to make that choice, but I realized after placing the order, I had not indicated that I need the A model. Called back and spoke with Melanie who checked my order and saw I wasn't asked to choose between A and B as Pedro had taken had already made the correct choice for me! Everyone was so genuine and sincere. The buds are working perfectly, and I let friends know what wonderful people Pedro, Shimera, Nick, and Melanie were to deal with!

This headset got great mic and noise-cancelling. Neckband sturdy and comfy if worn right. A bit uncomfortable if not. I wear mine slightly above ears, feels lightweight, sometimes forget it's on. For Samsung users, good for Whatsapp calls but not for recording messages. Apple users, no problem with voice messages.
