REAL ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE

Real estate agents I am begging you please do NOT pursue HouseJet. Please see below: Housejet and their sales rep will promise to provide the following: "High-Quality Leads, Buyer & Seller Leads," it did not align with reality. Unfortunately, their so-called qualified leads were far from legitimate. Their leads provided contained alarming information, including individuals linked to registered sex offenders, fraud, aggravated assault, bankruptcy, and foreclosure charges. Additionally, the contact details of other leads were inactive, with many expressing no interest in finding a home, indicating that their information may have been obtained without their consent. One lead based in another state and was not seeking a home in the market I serve. These findings raise concerns about the safety and suitability of the leads for business purposes and question HouseJet's integrity and commitment to consumer safety. It proves their failure to complete due diligence before providing their leads for agents to sell—my attempt to resolve the matter with HouseJet on July 29th, 2024, at 12:56 pm. I spoke with the rep Amanda; however, they refused to provide a refund, which compelled me to file a claim due to their failure to honor their business commitment. Throughout my engagement with HouseJet In September 2023, I consistently voiced concerns about the quality of leads and requested a refund. However, the company representatives insisted that I continue with the subscription, promising a no-hassle refund if I didn't see progress with the "qualified" leads provided. At your own risk do not choose this company as they are unethical. During the pre-onboarding process in July 2023, Remington assured me that I would be eligible for a guaranteed refund within a year if their "qualified" leads provided did not result in a closed sale within a year. It is important to bring immediate attention to HouseJet's unethical practices and the dangers they pose to consumer safety and inflicted financial stress. It is vital to inform all real estate agents about these issues and urge them to take proactive measures to avoid falling into the reckless trap of HouseJet's dangerous practices. We have a responsibility to protect our consumers against these deceptive actions and hold businesses such as these responsible for their unethical and misleading practices.

They have to be paying for the good reviews with the money they are stealing from Real estate agents. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THIS IS A SCAM!!! We need to come together and sue this company. The BBB needs to be involved.

I got a call from Housejet, wanting

I got a call from Housejet, wanting me off their list. The guy just hung up without a word. They need to teach their salespeople better. If he had kept talking and wished me good luck, there might have been a chance for future business. But it looks like the 5-star reviews are mostly from new agents, while the lower ones are from agents who didn't have a good time starting out.

I’m finding it tough to stick with the program.

I’m finding it tough to stick with the program. Out of 15 leads I got, 4 turned out to be wrong numbers or not the owner I was looking for. What bugs me the most is the inconsistent pricing for different agents. One pays $1900 while another pays $2900. It seems like it might depend on how long you wait before joining, but after seeing several negative reviews, it feels a bit shady. The training isn’t terrible, and there are some nice additional features. Do I feel a bit tricked? Yeah. I regret doing it now, especially after reading so many negative reviews from BBB and other agents. I just hope I can get some conversions to make up for what I paid. My advice: research thoroughly before handing over any money.

I think the training and beginning were good. The sale said it'd be a bit shorter than it was 🤭, so maybe being more honest on time frame. Apart from that, Mikes tempo and enthusiasm is good. It's tough to get back into scripting mode, but I'm all in and going to jump into it – if it work it works right! Like the website look and feel and all of the tools offered!

So far, I am really happy.

So far, I am really happy. It looks like a strong, real lead gen and should help my business grow. I signed up four days ago and had a full four days. I mentioned that I couldn’t get university done for about a week. They have reached out to me several times, which I really appreciate. It makes me feel like they want me to do well. Other lead companies would have just waited for me to do the work and not checked in. I’ve even had a few calls from support to make sure everything is fine. Truly Impressed.

I’ve worked with other lead gen services, but this one makes you go through their “fast start” learning phase before you can get any leads. It’s a smart approach. Other services just send leads right away and expect you to figure things out by yourself. Mike knows what he’s doing, preparing you for success from the very beginning. This way, both his company and your business can be successful.

Getting going with HouseJet was a bit slow for me, considering my part-time realtor status and financial constraints. However, the HouseJet setup turned out to be straightforward. I managed to navigate through the instructions, setting up my website and handling my marketing and branding materials. Now, I've got the script downloaded and ready to roll. I'm hopeful that with HouseJet's support, I can shift from a struggling agent to a successful one.

After shutting down my property management business in NC because of COVID-19 limits, I opted to head back to FL and focus on listing homes in a fresh market. The HouseJet program seems different from other lead programs I’ve tried. I just completed the quick start and am eager to boost my business. I’ve just gone through the videos at HouseJet’s University. The videos fit together well no matter if you’re new to the field or have been in real estate for 25 years! I liked the videos and could rewind and start over whenever I got interrupted by a client or call. I know I’ll revisit them for scripts or a step-by-step guide on using the system. HouseJet clearly wants you to do well!
