While I get that people might

While I get that people might have different opinions, I've actually had pretty good experiences with this company. It does take a bit of time to get your stuff, but they do say that upfront. Any questions I've had were answered within a day, so that's good. I'd say to others, make sure you check out what you're getting and the material. Start with a few things to make sure you really like it before buying a bunch and being let down. I've ordered from them like 4 or 5 times now and each time has been good. I always make sure to check the quality thoroughly though.

I made a pretty big order and only 12 items were missing, which is normal and honestly better than I thought. They gave me a credit for the missing things, and I’m very happy with that because I will surely order again! I’m glad I found a reliable wholesale company I can count on!

I like how proffesional and quick they are to reply. But I'm from South Africa and wanted to buy items for R1350 (US85.11), but shipping is R4050 (US261.0)... That means I pay R2700 more just for shipping & there's only Express shipping to choose from. I really hoped to order, but this makes me unhappy, there's no way I can pay shipping that's 3 times the price of my items.

This is my second order, and it’s been stuck at a parcel company in IL for 14 days, with USPS still waiting for the package. The online chat service is useless—just empty words. No one wants to wait 30 days or more for their items. That’s not how we do business. I will have to search for another supplier. The prices may seem like a good deal, but the trouble isn’t worth it. I followed all support instructions, but got no assistance. My package has been sitting at the Woodbridge, IL facility for 16 days. Someone really dropped the ball on such a small order. So disapointed!

Avoid this company. Their customer service is awful, and they seem to be dishonest. My business tried to list a product they offer, but when it came time to buy the item, they just removed it from their site. It’s possible they are taking these products from other sources. Watch out when dealing with them. I reached out to customer support and all they did was brush me off and say there’s nothing they can do

I've been attempting to have my account deleted for over a month now, but they are ignoring my requests and making excuses. Initially, they kept asking me questions every time I requested the deletion of my account, and my requests were consistently ignored. Frustrated with their questions, I became more serious and began discussing our rights as customers. Now they're simply stating that they're busy. What kind of company treats its customers in this manner?

The positive reviews for this company are undoubtedly fake! I've had four orders with them, and three of those took over a month to arrive. This is even after shelling out nearly $20 for express shipping on items that are just around $3 each! It's mind-boggling that a product would stay in one place for two weeks, supposedly going through an "inspection" process. My advice: steer clear of this company if you value your time as a genuine customer.
