My experience with Easy My Trip was a real letdown. I reserved a sedan, but they provided a hatchback instead. When I asked about the mix-up, they told me it was 'in line with my booking,' totally disregarding that I paid for a sedan. They just referenced a clause in their contract that permits them to provide any vehicle they choose. To make matters worse, the car showed up 40 minutes late! Their customer service is lacking and their practices feel misleading. I wish I could rate them lower than one star.

Terrible customer service. We bought two tickets on their site at a fair price, but 24 hours later, they called to say the ticket wasn’t confirmed because the price had gone up. We had to pay an extra £400 to confirm. After confirming the ticket, we learned the agent had given his email as the contact for the airline, making it impossible for us to manage the booking or check-in online since the OTP was sent to the agent's email. I've got to say, booking my Kashmir trip through Ease My Trip was pretty smooth. At first, I was a bit unsure 'cause it wasn't online, but it turned out okay. The package was decently priced. My only gripe was we didn't use all our time well on the day trips from Srinagar. We could've seen one more place in Sonmarg, Pahalgam, and Gulmarg.
