    I had the pleasure of working with Kalin E. today, and he really helped me out. I had spent two days trying to get things sorted, and another tech yesterday was not that helpful, just opening a service ticket without solving my problem. Kalin E. was very polite and clear when I asked for assistance. He guided me exactly to where I needed to go. He was also patient and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Kalin E. is a real asset to the team. He deserves recognition for his hard work. He's the main reason I continue to use Doteasy.

    Yoedhi was great.

    Yoedhi was great. I've been with Doteasy for over 10 years, but I never needed to transfer or migrate WordPress files before. Doteasy offers this service for free, and Yoedhi was helpful throughout. It took a bit of time to organize (my fault), but once everything was set, the process went smooth.

    Lyuboslav Asenov did a great job. I would like to work with him again. The issue was that my email still did not work after the over-full mailbox issue was fixed. Mr. Asenov worked patiently with me until he found and fixed the new problem.
