The meal was good, and the server at Restaurant #1028 in Middletown NY was friendly. However, when I went to pay the bill at 3:10pm, I noticed an unexpected $2.99 charge for the Ziosk Game Pass. I told the server, Peyton, and he said that my teenage granddaughter must've chosen the game. He claimed it asks twice and warns you about the charge. This is not true. There was no such notification. My daughter picked the Bunny Hop game, and it didn't say anything about a fee. After paying, we showed the server that no message appeared, but he did nothing to reverse the charge. It's concerning how many customers might be caught in this. It's bad enough we have to pay at the table, but it's worse that customers are tricked into these charges without being told. I would appreciate a refund for this.

I visited Chili's and was not happy. When seated, you don't get chips and salsa with the menu, unlike many other places that offer bread or crackers. Additionally, there was an oder in the restaurant. My partner ordered mini burgers with bacon, cheese, and mayo, plus fries. The fries were cold, and the bacon was missing from the burgers. When he asked, the waitress brought out bits of cold bacon. YUCK! I got the shrimp and steak quesadillas. The shrimp were cooked well, but the steak was a bit tough. The quesadillas were overcooked and hard. The meal was very greasy from the peppers, onions, and tomatoes in the quesadillas. The black beans were nice, and the drinks were the best part.

I've been ordering the quesadilla explosion

I've been ordering the quesadilla explosion salad regularly for years with all the fixings, but lately it's not as good. Now it's just a salad with a few tomatoes, red onions, and maybe peppers. I don't like it nearly as much anymore.
