A reputable app should use at least a two-step verification process for purchases, ensuring customers are not charged for accidental clicks. It’s unreasonable to expect someone who is only paying $5 to explore the app to immediately commit to such a high purchase. Utter scam

Signed up for a 1$ trial and got debited €49.19 with no warning and without my consent. Sent multiple emails with different ticket IDs (2PG7M1 and SLWO2W) and I’m being successfully ignored by the costumer service. An utter scam.

They reference a 14-day trial but then claim it somehow ended after only 4 days I've provided clear evidence and documentation of these issues, yet they continue to stonewall me. This appears to be a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic. I've now had to contact my bank to dispute the unauthorized charge. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I didn’t click on anything, nor did I use Apple Pay on my phone to authorize the payment—so how was my money taken?! Furthermore, multiple reviews mention the same issue, so this cannot be a coincidence! I have already reported fraud to both my bank and Apple and will take further action today. I will not let this go. **UPDATE:** You claim there are screenshots proving I purchased a report. If that’s the case, why wasn’t I sent a payment confirmation? Additionally, I paid for the trial using Apple Pay—so how were the charges for this so-called report deducted if I never authorized the payment? And why are so many others experiencing the same issue? Clearly, the problem isn’t the users but your deceptive practices. This site charged me $1 for a 3 day trial, that I don't even recall signing up for, but it was only $1., but then, the same exact day just a few minutes later it attempted to deduct $19.99 from my account. I never received any readings, nor "reports" either. As that's what I'm reading in other reviews is this sites excuse when accounts are charged way too soon fur subscriptions that were cancelled. I have cancelled their so called membership. This is a site that's intended to only suck up your money! They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. And BEWARE, on the last page of the cancelation process, they sneak in a "renew subscription" button instead of what any reasonable person would assume was a CANCEL button. So, be very careful in your cancellation process. I'm sure this site will eventually have a class action lawsuit for they very shady and manipulative business practices. They're walking a very fine line of Fraud and unauthorized debits to people's accounts. I will fike my own report with the BBB and FTC and any other agency I can in the United States.

After starting my trial and trying this app, I tried to cancel my subscription. However I couldn‘t do it online as it showed me an error. So then I have sent an email asking them to cancel my subscription as it was not possible due to their poor website and error showing. They wrote me back that they wrote me back that they have cancelled my subscription. What a surprise when they have taken money from my account! I queried this with them to refund it as it was cancelled in the trial period,but they kept telling me that I have not cancelled my subscription, but I had a proof with their email.. Anyhow, I had to contact my bank to sort this and guess what? suddenly they are writing me that they will issue a refund.

I found myself having a quick few minutes of fun for a £1 3 day trial turn into a £24.99 cost as mistakenly clicked onto a one year subscription. I emailed them straight away but of course no refund available. I have not and have no intention of reading any of the so called services on the app or any documents they emailed to me. Services like this prey on the vulnerable, please think about it logically before playing around on their website/ app. And you if you do need support regarding any life issues please go to a professional body. I was confused and asked for unsubscription. They processed my request right away. Since I was upset and left their site immediately, I couldn't access their service anymore. Even though I paid for the service, I couldn't read the astrology guide they sent. So, I asked for a refund. At first, they denied it because their refund policy didn’t cover my case. I had to negotiate with them a few times because I didn’t get the service. In the end, they agreed to refund me. The money was returned to my account. I am grateful to this company for their honest attitude.
