Toggl Track

They're lacking some basic stuff for freelancers like me. For what I need, Google Calendar could do just as well. There's some good stuff, but they're missing the basics. For example: Can't mark time entries as billed. Can't set a "magnet" to lock time entries to 15 minutes. Can't see time entry names in 15-minute slots when zoomed out in week view. Can't just mark a time entry to a client; it needs a project attached. Can't add info to clients or projects. Seems like they have good team members, but they need someone to test out the functionality better. I was really hoping this would be my time management tool.

The support team doesn't reply to emails. I stopped the subscription right after they took the yearly fee. I emailed customer service to ask for a partial refund, but no one has answered. I sent 4 more emails, but still no reply. I will never do business with this compnay.

I've been usiŋ this tracker for a few months now. I've tried the chrome extenshion, the web version as well as Windows desktop version and they all work great. Zero complaints so far. Very intuitive and easy to use.

You can't trust that tool. Entries get lost often. Sometimes, only the body vanishes. Sometimes, the whole entry disappears when you stop and start a new one.
