We included Textedly in our marketing
We included Textedly in our marketing text tools to make communication smoother for over 200 internal clients. We added features like Personalization, Automatic Replies, and integrated Google Calendars. The templates are easy to use, although we'd appreciate more information on text limit overflows during campaign design. Despite that, they're moving in the right direction. Our average response time went down from 13 hours (email) to 4 minutes (SMS). The product team has requested adding the Monday CRM Platform, which seems like a reasonable next step.
