Double Charged and Damaged Yeezys Disaster
Man, what a mess. I put in a bid for some Yeezys and waited for weeks. When I checked the app, my bid was just gone, no notification or anything. I figured it expired, so I decided to just buy them outright. Suddenly, my credit card was charged twice!
I reached out via chat, and after dealing with a bunch of bots and so-called “managers,” they told me I had purchased both pairs. I tried to explain that I thought my bid had disappeared and that's why I bought ONE pair. They hadn't even received the “second” pair to authenticate, while the first pair was almost ready to ship.
I told them to cancel the second pair since I didn't need two of the same size and color. But they hit me with the "Sorry, we don’t accept returns or refunds" line. Instead, they suggested I sell them back. What a joke.
So, I get both pairs, and when I try to sell one back, they offer me $120 less than what I paid. Plus, both boxes were super damaged, which kills the resale value. Never again, seriously. Buyer beware!!!
