Goede trainingen die met zorg zijn gemaakt. Ik vind de opzet fijn want zo zijn de sessies veel beter haalbarr.

Na 4 heupoperaties aan de linkerkant, een heupprothese aan de rechterkant en een omgekeerde schoudervervanging, ben ik op zoek naar iets dat geschikt is om fysiek fit te blijven. Sommige oefeningen in de lessen passen goed bij mij, terwijl andere onmogelijk zijn. Ik had gehoopt dat de trainingen meer gericht zouden zijn op de problemen die ik heb genoemd toen ik me inschreef. Wat ik wel kan zeggen, is dat ik spieren in mijn buik en armen heb ontdekt die ik niet meer dacht te hebben! Ik ben eigenlijk een beetje een "workout-verslaafde", dus het is fijn om weer bezig te zijn met andere dingen dan fysiotherapie! Gelukkig heb ik mijn 200 uur yoga-certificaat, zodat ik de oefeningen kan aanpassen aan wat mijn lichaam nodig heeft.

Het is niet mogelijk om je eetprogramma de volgende dag in te voeren, wat betekent dat sommige dagen niet worden meegerekend, terwijl je alles goed hebt gevolgd. Dit maakt het soms minder motiverend. Mijn sportprogramma verdween uit de app, maar gelukkig werd mijn vraag snel beantwoord. Ik moest wel overschakelen naar Engels om het programma terug te vinden, maar dit was een ander programma dan ik eerst had. Het duurde 1,5 dag voordat ik weer terug naar het Nederlands kon schakelen. Kortom, het programma werkt goed en levert resultaten, maar de app kan zeker verbeterd worden.

It's great to have a sense of accountability and access to new ideas within the program's community. Overall, it's been a positive experience that's helped me along my health journey.

Decent app overall. The recipes are nice, but I noticed some inconsistencies in the calorie counts. For instance, one recipe said it had 300 cal, but after checking, it was actually 380. After that, I started double-checking the recipes, though I’d have preferred not to. When I asked about my daily intake, I was first told I was on 1200 cal, but after doing the math, it was more like 1400. The tracking features are pretty solid and help me stay on track. Plus, there’s some useful info too.

This program is very motivating, inspiring, and supportive.

Their motto really says everything: “Progress not perfection.” Unlike other programs, you don’t have to aim for a flawless version of yourself. I like how the tasks cover different areas of "improving yourself." I do wish the workout task would return, as it was a fun part of the program.

I am liking the Reverse Health app, especially the recipes and workouts. The app has had some issues, but my questions were answered quickly, even during the New Year. Solutions were given. Everyone has been helpful, and Evie in particular has dealt with things good.

This company's got nice recipes, and the exercises are easy to follow. The Facebook group is helpful, 'cause members help each other out. The only downside is the app sometimes glitches, so you gotta sign in again to get where you wanna go.

The company does a decent job with its recipes and exercises. However, the app lacks flexibility in logging food, giving an incomplete picture. Daily tips are too basic. More food logging options and exercise choices are needed.

There are some things I don’t like about the App. It doesn’t let me print out the recepies, and the full PDF I got didn’t have some meals I needed. The search couldn’t find them either 'cause of how the recepies were saved.

I am currently working with customer service. And I will see how this ends. I signed up and clicked the one time payment of 25.99, option for a 12 weeks program. 12 weeks later I was charged 96 Canadian dollars (for a 3-month subscription) when I called to complain they said there was another page with fine print that I didn't read so just know if you think you're signing up for a one-time fee you are not... I'll charge you and then they will tell you it is your fault. After the first payment I was sent a receipt, after the second sneaky payment I was not sent the receipt which seems very questionable.

The exercises are great. However, the logging feature isn’t working anymore, and meal searches aren’t as effective as they should be. For $50 a month, I was expecting more. I might stop using this app next month.

Let op! Had ik deze recensies maar beter gelezen zes maanden geleden toen ik me aanmeldde. Dan had ik kunnen zien dat dit bedrijf geen terugbetalingen doet. Ik begon met het programma, maar besloot daarna dat het niet voor mij was en stopte met gebruiken. Ik besefte dat mijn initiële betaling verloren was, maar dat was de kans die ik nam. Maar vanochtend ontving ik een melding dat het abonnement automatisch werd verlengd voor $144. Ik annuleerde direct en vroeg om een terugbetaling, maar kreeg te horen dat ze geen terugbetalingen doen, maar me wel meer zouden kunnen vragen voor een Lifetime Membership! Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in deze slechte klantenservice. Ze erkenden de annulering, maar hielden mijn geld... wees dus voorzichtig met hun voorwaarden als je besluit je aan te melden!

De "recepten" die ze aanbieden zijn letterlijk yoghurt en bessen of wortelsticks met hummus. Om een terugbetaling aan te vragen via de app moet je hun chatfunctie gebruiken, wat uren kan duren. Ze maken het erg moeilijk om je geld terug te krijgen. Er zijn veel gesprekken die halverwege stoppen, zodat je opnieuw moet beginnen. Ze bieden je ook meer abonnementen gratis aan. Ze geven alleen een terugbetaling als de app niet werkt – gelukkig was dat mijn probleem. Ik maakte screenshots van de functies die niet werkten en ze gaven snel mijn geld terug, althans dat zeiden ze. Ik zou aanraden je niet voor dit programma in te schrijven.

Fraudsters... RH are scammers and crooks... They used my credit card info without asking and did an unapproved charge of $40 on 10 August, well before my subscription ended. Even though I did not want to renew, they went ahead without asking. My bank says they are also trying to hack my credit card.

The app was good at first, but after some weeks, it went back to using old and slow recordings. They dont give a heads-up when switching sides or moving to another move. Support just keeps saying they understand and are sorry, but nothing gets solved.

Ich denke es handelt sich hier um eine Verbrecherbande. Ein Stern ist definitiv zu viel. Es wird ein Monatsabo zu einem Preis von knapp 16€ angeboten und wenn man sich darauf einlässt läuft in der App kein einziges Trainungsvideo. Vom Kundenservice bekommt man freundlich und prombt zu jeder Uhrzeit antwort mit Hilfestellung. App löschen, neu Installieren, Gerät wechseln.... wenn man dieses Spiel lange genug betreibt wird sogar ein Zugang auf "Lebenszeit", den man aber ja nicht nutzen kann weil die Übungsvideos gar nicht laufen. Ich vermute es handelt sich um eine KI die einem antwortet. Die Bitte um Rückerstattung des Betrages wirde ignoriert. So kann man auf alle Fälle Geld machen. Ich warne jeden und rate davon ab.

Hello all! I have tried to unsubscribe to this company so many times and yet here I am again! I did this a couple months ago and then tonight took screen shots of the 7 steps and 3 new logins to finally “manage subscription”. Good info or not… dirty admin

Worst experience ever

Very bad experience, they took money from my card for the next month without even announcing me and now I have infinite conversations with their support in order to get the money back. Do not use this app! It is a scam!

They use different tricks to get you to pay more than expected. A few great recipes, most just meh. Quality of workouts varies.
