I gotta share my recent experience with a company who really let me down. Ordered a package, and wouldn't you know it, UPS mis-delivered it. Thought the company would jump in and sort it out quickly, but nah, they dodged their responsibility. Claimed I had to wait 18 days for a resolution since I didn't opt for a signature. Funny thing is, there was no option for a signature on their checkout page. So I assumed they'd handle any lost packages. Adding to the confusion, UPS kept emailing me saying a signature was required. That just messed with my head, making me think everything was fine. Why would I call to add a signature when UPS says it's already needed? Felt like I was getting mixed signals from both the company and UPS. When I reached out to the company, they just wouldn't budge. Kept insisting it was my fault for not adding a signature, when in reality, I never even had the chance. It felt super unfair and frustrating, especially since it was their website and their chosen carrier that caused all this mess. Honestly, if they don't step up and make this right, I'm gonna tell everyone I know to steer clear of Mr. Porter. They need to own up to their mistakes and fix this ASAP. This whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, and I really hope they realize how important it is to take care of their customers.

You won't believe what happened to me with Mr. Porter and DHL. I ordered this really cool jacket that I was super excited about. Supposed to be delivered by DHL, right? I got a notification saying it was delivered, but I wasn’t home all day. When I got back, there was nothing. No proof of delivery, no card, nada. Checked with my neighbors, and they didn’t have it either. Tried to sort it out with DHL customer service—called them three times. They kept saying someone would get back to me by Friday, but that never happened. Then, they hit me with this bombshell: apparently, Mr. Porter’s delivery setting is “no signature required,” so I’m the one responsible for the missing parcel. How does that even make sense? So basically, once you place an order with Mr. Porter and they have your money, they wash their hands off any responsibility. No proof of delivery needed, no guarantees. Makes me wonder if they even sent the jacket in the first place. Honestly, this whole experience has been a nightmare. If you're thinking of buying from Mr. Porter, I’d seriously think twice. It’s not worth the hassle.

I recently bought a jumper from the Mr P line, thinking it would be a nice addition to my wardrobe. Big mistake. The quality is seriously lacking, especially for the price. After wearing it just a few times, the collar started coming undone. I hadn't even washed it yet! Took a closer look and realized the seam was all messed up, like it wasn’t sewn properly on one side, making it look all ruffled. Tried reaching out to customer service, hoping they’d sort it out. But no, they told me it was normal wear and tear. Seriously? They suggested I find someone local to fix it. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and definitely better service. I’ve bought fast fashion items that lasted way longer than this. Save yourself the trouble and stick to other brands. Mr P is just not worth it.

Frequent problems with returns. Sent all items from one order in one package, but only one was refunded. After weeks, Mr. Porter is still unclear about if they got the items or not. Internal delays and excuses make the process slow, and I'm left waiting with less money. This has happened several times. It feels like the last days of Matches when credit issues were apparent. I no longer have faith in them. It's disappointing, especially after years of smooth transactions, but there seems to be a problem now with the company.

They have a great mix of styles and brands I enjoy, including their own "Mr. P" line, which is both chic and reasonably priced.
