What a mess.

What a mess. Signing up is a hassle. After paying for MidJourney, you need another Discord account, but they don't connect. Can't generate images. Can't link accounts or do anything. Reminds me of Windows 8 at 10. Won't invest until fixed. Such a mess!

This company seems sketchy.

This company seems sketchy. I got charged $180 without even knowing them. Support hasn't helped, despite me giving all info. I never use my card on shady sites, only Apple Pay. So, it's not from data leaks. Support's inaction is suspicious.

I tried Midjourney for 2 months with a pricey subscription. I made 20,000 images, but 80% is bad. No matter the prompt, it looks awful. Promises not kept. Overhyped and overpriced at $70/month. Maybe in the future, but for now, I'm done.

I tried to cancel my subscription but couldn’t find the option to do so, and now my card has been charged and overdrafted. I’ve been emailing customer service for two days but haven’t heard back yet. Would not recomend this company!

I was deceived

I was deceived. I never used any service from midjourney, but they charged me 4 times in just one minute. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t help. I’m puzzled about how they got my card info to take money. I hadn’t even heard of this company before the scam. Here’s the response I received when I complained: "After a thorough review of your account and transaction history, we cannot fully identify the source of the charges. However, our investigation did not find enough proof to show that the transactions were unauthorized. Unfortunately, according to our policies, we cannot provide a refund for transactions that have been used."

They are not honest, that's for sure!

They are not honest, that's for sure! Their "relax" mode is a total joke. After you use up your fast hours, the "relax" mode feels like a bad joke, because the quality is just terrible. You have to experience it to believe it; it seems like it's designed to annoy you. I really don't get why companies can't just be straightforward and say it's only for paid hours!
