My experiance was the time it took to fix a tshirt that had a grandchild's name spelled wrong and one missing, the team helped me fix the names and add the one I forgot. I made my order on 6/15/2025 and got my T-shirt on Tuesday 6/24/2025, just in time for our family get together. I was searching for a memorial gift for my son-in-law who lost his mother 8 months ago. I came across this lovely visor clip with wings in memory of his mom. It's really beautiful and a great gift for him since he drives a truck for work and will notice it regularly. The order was just as shown and described. The shipping and delivery were quick as well.

I was really happy with how my issue was managed and fixed. I bought a custom bed lamp that really improved the look of our bedroom. Strongly recomend them.
