I strongly recommend discontinuing the use of DHL for shipping, as they seem to lag behind modern standards, and their tracking system is unreliable and unclear.

They should have informed customers about this and offered alternatives. The customer support was unhelpful. I've lost $99, and I won't be returning to this company.
