When I saw they provide treatments for basically every aesthetic issue, it felt like a total scam. Their marketing is made to attract anyone with any concern, no matter how small.

I bought an expensive lip product and, even after using it like instructed, only saw a little hydration. To my surprise, I was charged for auto-ship, which I don’t remember agreeing to. I contacted customer service, asking them to cancel the auto-ship but keep the second order so I could try it. They quickly canceled the second order, making me feel like it wasn’t a real person replying. I’m glad they stopped the auto-ship, but it wasn’t exactly what I asked for. I’m worried about getting my money back through PayPal, but at least it was stopped fast, giving them two stars instead of one. Overall, this product is pricey and disappointing, and I wouldn’t suggest buying from them.

This company does nothing and put me on a subscription without my knowledge, so I ended up paying around 300 bucks for this worthless crap. I tried it for a month and honestly, I look worse than before. Stay away from this!!!
