Overall, I've been using Jira Service for 6 years, and I enjoy discovering new features and integrations. Pros: I appreciate the analytics and incident management aspect of Jira service desk management, and naturally, the ease of finding tickets and updating them. Cons: I think JQL is essential for crucial searches, which not everyone is familiar with.
