Anticipated 13x19 paper in those, but it arrived unexpectedly via FedEx while away. Lack of FedEx tracking and notification repeats the frustrating trend, especially concerning in a city prone to porch theft. Improved communication and tracking consistency are crucial for a smoother customer experience.
