My experience with the company
My experience with the company was disappointing. I reached out to confirm insurance acceptance, and they assured me all was fine. After a brief, 15-minute appointment with a therapist, I later discovered they didn't actually accept my insurance. Now I'm stuck with an unexpected bill of nearly $300. Communication and accuracy in insurance information were lacking, causing frustration and financial inconvenience.

I had an appointment with Rena Miller, arranged everything around it, even left work early. But she never called. I waited, emailed her after 5 minutes, no answer. Then I tried to call Headway, no luck there either. Emailed them too, took them forever to get back, and when they finally did, they had nothing helpful to say and acted like it was my fault. Felt really strange and very unprofessional.

I can't believe what happened
I can't believe what happened with my mom's credit card. She's 88, and somehow this company started charging her card repeatedly without her knowledge. I tried to contact their customer service, but it’s like they don’t exist. No one answers, and we’re stuck with these charges popping up every few days. It feels so shady and dishonest. Beware, don't get involved with this company!

The company allows you
The company allows you to make appointments even when the provider is not available, and this has happened twice. The provider mentioned that she checks messages when she has a chance. I do not recommend Andrecia Spaulding. I sent an email to the support team on 11/14/2023 but have not received a response back.
