Customer service with this company,
Customer service with this company, especially in Europe, is seriously lacking.
When you reach out to them using the form on their website, they do respond via email. But when you try to reply to their email, they seem to ignore you, probably because it ends up in their spam folder.
Even when I reached out again through their website form to address the spam folder issue, they claimed they couldn't find my reply emails.
And to top it off, they couldn't resolve my problem: a piece in my Feetup set had misaligned holes, making it impossible to assemble.
When I asked for a replacement part, they informed me that they currently don't have any replacements available.
Thankfully, I purchased the item through Amazon and was able to return it for a full refund.
Honestly, considering the price I paid for their product, their poor quality of customer service is unacceptable.
