Called the driver and he was still 20 minutes away. Waited, then called again, and he said it'd be another 28 minutes. I had a flight to catch, so canceled and grabbed a taxi. Got an email saying no refund because I canceled less than 24 hours before. Tried explaining to customer service, even spoke to the manager, but they wouldn't budge. They didn’t get that it was their fault for not showing up on time. It’s only £17.00 but wanted to warn fellow travelers. This company has no ethics.

Luckily, Schiller kept the car for me. Definitely booking straight with Schiller next time, no more CarTrawler.
