I was relly happy to discovr a honest seller of incontinece supplies that didn't seem like they were tryin' to overcharge for stuff needed to care for my agin' mother in law. Autoship reminders helpd me keep track of future orders, includin' pushin' back the ship date if we weren't ready for another order. Shippin' was free and items arrived real fast and in strong packagin'.

I needed to get my regular supplies shipped to my vacation spot in a remote area in New Mexico. FedEx and UPS serve the location, but my address wasn't recognized by them. However, Carewell managed to sort it out for me. I called after hours, and the lady from Canada who assisted me was really patient and helpful.

Overall I am happy with the customer service and how quickly your products arrive. I do wish occasionally they would have a coupon or special price break for monthly, regular customers. I've yet to receive any coupons for monthly customer loyalty.

I help take care of my elderly dad and he uses the 10g boost shakes 24 pk. I've bought these for a long time. I was glad to find them on carewell and set up auto delivery and payment for less money. Then my bank blocked the payment cause it jumped from $50 to $110 without telling me. I asked if this was a mistake and if I could get money back, two diffrent people said NO and that prices change! Who pays $100 for boost shakes? If you just buy once it's fine. But if you try their saver plans you might get charged more like I was! really bad thing to do to people with limited income. not right at all.
