Cool experience
I gotta say, my experience with Bumble has been a bit of a rollercoaster lately. Had some rough patches with their service, but they seem to be turning things around. After getting past the AI, speaking to a real person made all the difference. The support managers were super professional and actually resolved the problem. Changed my perspective a bit. About those unauthorized charges? Turns out it was my bad for not turning off auto-renew. We all have those moments, right? Anyway, not every experience is identical, but I wanted to share mine. They're making an effort, and that's worth noting. So, kudos to Bumble for stepping up their game!
