The chat feature on the website wasn't much assistance either. However, when I reached out to Jay A. via Facebook Messenger, it was a great experience! Received 4 items recently, and unfortunately, 2 of them appeared to be previously used. These items were noticeably creased, covered in fluff, and emitted an unpleasant odor. My attempt to address the issue with customer service proved to be a challenging experience. Despite explaining my physical disability, which makes it difficult for me to return the items in person, the customer service representatives were unhelpful and displayed rudeness. To exacerbate the situation, they proceeded to set up the return process despite my clear indication that it would be challenging for me to send them back due to my physical limitations.
